南法风情Southern France · Southern Italy

提前三小时抵达澳洲国际机场，办理登机手续后搭乘国际航班飞往法国巴黎，视航司安排中途在中东或亚洲城市转机一次，全程飞行加转机时间约 22–24 小时。这一天基本都在飞行中度过，餐食随航司供应，建议根据巴黎当地时间提前调整作息，为落地后即刻投入行程做准备。

行李与证件提醒

法国与意大利均属申根区，澳洲护照持有人可免签入境，持中国护照的客人需自行办妥申根签证。请自备行程结束时仍有效 6 个月以上的护照。每人可携带一个 28 寸及以内箱子加一个随身背包，随身行李中请预留常用药品、护照及现金分开存放，以防遗失。

Arrive at the international airport in Australia three hours ahead of departure. Check in and board the international flight to Paris; airlines typically route via one connection in the Middle East or Asia, for a total travel time of about 22–24 hours. Meals are provided by the airline. We recommend beginning to shift your body clock to Paris time in-flight so you can step into the trip on arrival.

Baggage & documents

France and Italy are both in the Schengen area. Australian passport holders enter visa-free; Chinese passport holders must obtain a Schengen visa in advance. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip. One suitcase (28-inch or smaller) plus one carry-on backpack per person; keep medication, passport and cash separated in your carry-on in case of loss.

上午航班抵达巴黎戴高乐机场，导游接机后前往酒店寄存行李，简单梳洗后即展开巴黎的第一段行程——不安排长时间休整，把时差留给接下来几天慢慢调整。

卢浮宫 · Musée du Louvre（首道门票）

行程含卢浮宫首道门票，可免去排队直接入内。卢浮宫原是法国王宫，馆藏超过 38 万件文物，是全球参观人数最多的博物馆。受时间所限，游览会聚焦于最具代表性的几件藏品——《蒙娜丽莎》《米洛的维纳斯》《萨莫色雷斯的胜利女神》，以及贝聿铭设计的玻璃金字塔中庭本身。

巴黎经典市区

午后步行前往协和广场、香榭丽舍大道与凯旋门；傍晚视时间安排前往战神广场，从这个角度可以拍到埃菲尔铁塔的全貌。当晚不含晚餐，可自行前往塞纳河左岸选一家小酒馆，让第一天的巴黎慢慢收尾。

The morning flight lands at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle. Your guide meets you at the airport, and after dropping your luggage at the hotel and freshening up, we begin your first Paris chapter directly — no long rest, so you spend jet lag on the sights rather than the room.

Musée du Louvre (priority entry)

The itinerary includes priority Louvre entry — no queueing. Originally the French royal palace, the Louvre now holds over 380,000 artefacts and is the world's most-visited museum. With time limited, the visit focuses on the essentials: the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and I. M. Pei's glass-pyramid atrium itself.

Classic Paris on foot

In the afternoon, walk to Place de la Concorde, along the Champs-Élysées to the Arc de Triomphe; if time allows, head to the Champ de Mars for the full view of the Eiffel Tower. Dinner is on your own — a Left Bank bistro is an appropriate way to close the first day.

凡尔赛宫 · Château de Versailles（首道门票）

早餐后驱车前往凡尔赛，车程约 40 分钟，行程含首道门票，直接入内参观。路易十四时期建成的宫殿，镜厅以 357 面镜子对应 17 扇落地窗，一战后的《凡尔赛条约》也在此签署。

TGV 前往波尔多

游览结束后返回巴黎市区，午餐自理后前往火车站，搭乘 TGV 高速列车前往波尔多，全程约 2 小时，时速可达 300 公里以上。抵达波尔多后入住酒店，晚间可自行前往圣皮埃尔区一带用餐。

Château de Versailles (priority entry)

After breakfast we drive to Versailles, about 40 minutes; priority entry is included so you go directly inside. Built under Louis XIV, the palace's Hall of Mirrors pairs 357 mirrors with 17 arched windows, and the Treaty of Versailles was signed here at the end of the First World War.

TGV to Bordeaux

Return to central Paris, lunch on your own, then transfer to Gare Montparnasse for the TGV to Bordeaux — around 2 hours at speeds up to 300 km/h. On arrival check in to the hotel; the Saint-Pierre district is a good area for an independent dinner.

波尔多 · Bordeaux

早餐后在市中心走一段。波尔多是一座整体感很强的十八世纪石头城，2007 年整个市中心被列为世界文化遗产。交易所广场前的"水镜"是一片浅浅的镜面水池，倒映着广场对面的十八世纪立面，是这座城市最上镜的一角。

驱车前往卡尔卡松

上午游览结束后驱车南下，前往卡尔卡松，车程约 3.5–4 小时，中途安排休息站停靠。抵达后入住酒店，傍晚建议自行前往西岱城外围走走，为明天的深度游览预热。

Bordeaux

After breakfast, a walk through the city centre. Bordeaux is a strikingly unified 18th-century stone city — the entire historic core was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. The "Miroir d'eau" reflecting pool in front of Place de la Bourse mirrors the 18th-century façade opposite; it is Bordeaux's single most photographed corner.

Drive to Carcassonne

Late morning we drive south to Carcassonne, about 3.5–4 hours with a rest stop along the way. Check in on arrival; late afternoon light is ideal for an independent walk around the exterior of the Cité de Carcassonne — a preview of tomorrow's full visit.

卡尔卡松 · Carcassonne

早餐后正式进入卡尔卡松西岱城内部游览。城墙分内外两层，加上 52 座塔楼，登上城墙顶端可俯瞰奥德河谷的开阔视野。

阿尔勒 · Arles

驱车前往阿尔勒，车程约 2 小时。这座保存完好的古罗马小城以圆形竞技场闻名，同时是文森特·梵高晚年生活和创作的地方——市内的梵高步道标注了当年他作画的实际地点。

阿维尼翁 · Avignon

午餐自理后继续前往阿维尼翁。14 世纪罗马教廷曾一度迁至此地，教皇宫是欧洲现存最大的哥特式宫殿之一。城外断桥即著名的"阿维尼翁桥上"童谣所唱之桥。

Carcassonne

After breakfast, enter the Cité de Carcassonne itself. Double curtain walls and 52 towers make it one of Europe's most complete medieval fortifications; from the ramparts you look out over the Aude valley.

Arles

Drive to Arles, about 2 hours. This well-preserved Roman town is known for its arena, and it is also where Vincent van Gogh spent his most productive later years — the in-town Van Gogh walking route marks the actual sites of his paintings.

Avignon

Lunch on your own, then continue to Avignon. In the 14th century the papacy relocated here; the Palais des Papes remains one of Europe's largest Gothic palaces. Outside the walls, the Pont Saint-Bénézet is the "Pont d'Avignon" of the nursery rhyme.

今天的路线深入普罗旺斯腹地，串起两座最具代表性的山村。

戈尔德 · Gordes

戈尔德建在陡峭山崖上，房屋层层叠叠依山而建，整座石头村像是从山体里生长出来的。

鲁西永 · Roussillon

鲁西永建在一片赭石矿脉之上，从明黄、橙红到深褐，色调层次丰富。村外的赭石步道可以近距离看到裸露的彩色岩层。

薰衣草季节性安排（6–7 月）

如出行团期落在 6–7 月薰衣草花季，将根据当年实际花期，在普罗旺斯段安排薰衣草景观，具体地点和停留时长以当天导游安排为准。

艾克斯普罗旺斯 · Aix-en-Provence

傍晚抵达艾克斯普罗旺斯。老城中心的米拉波大道两侧是高大的梧桐树和十七、十八世纪的贵族宅邸，是普罗旺斯城市生活最典型的样子。

Today's route heads into the heart of Provence, connecting two of its most photogenic hill villages.

Gordes

Gordes is built into a steep clifftop; its stone houses climb up the rock face so that the whole village appears to grow out of the mountain itself.

Roussillon

Roussillon sits on an ochre seam, its facades washed in the local pigment — from bright yellow through orange-red to deep brown. The Sentier des Ocres just outside the village allows a close look at the exposed coloured rock.

Lavender (June–July departures)

For June and July departures, we plan a lavender viewing based on that season's actual bloom in the Provence segment; the exact location and duration are set by your guide on the day.

Aix-en-Provence

We arrive in Aix in the early evening. In the old town, Cours Mirabeau is lined with tall plane trees and 17th–18th-century aristocratic townhouses — the very portrait of Provençal city life.

圣十字湖 · Lac de Sainte-Croix

早餐后驱车前往圣十字湖，车程约 1.5–2 小时。这是一座人工湖，湖水因矿物质含量呈现出罕见的蒂芙尼蓝到翡翠绿色调。湖泊紧邻凡尔登大峡谷南端出口。

戛纳 · Cannes

继续驱车前往戛纳，车程约 1.5 小时。市中心的节庆宫门前那道著名的红毯台阶常年是游客拍照的地方。沿着克鲁瓦塞特大道走一段，一侧是沙滩和游艇码头，另一侧是老牌五星酒店的立面。

尼斯 · Nice

傍晚驱车前往尼斯，入住酒店。天使湾沿岸有一条长约 7 公里的英国人漫步大道。晚间可自行到老城区走走——尼斯直到 1860 年才并入法国，老城建筑至今仍带着明显的意大利影响。

Lac de Sainte-Croix

After breakfast, we drive to Lac de Sainte-Croix — about 1.5–2 hours. Its mineral-rich water gives the rare turquoise-to-emerald palette, and the lake sits at the southern mouth of the Gorges du Verdon.

Cannes

Continue to Cannes, about 1.5 hours. The famous red-carpet steps in front of the Palais des Festivals are a photo spot year-round. A walk along La Croisette shows the city at its most iconic — beach and yacht harbour on one side, grand five-star façades on the other.

Nice

In the early evening we drive to Nice and check in. Along the Baie des Anges, the Promenade des Anglais runs for about 7 km. If time allows, walk the old town — Nice only became French in 1860, and the buildings still carry an unmistakable Italian character.

埃兹 · Èze

建在悬崖顶上的中世纪石头村。爬到山顶的异国植物园，能俯瞰整段蔚蓝海岸线，天气晴朗时视野可以延伸到摩纳哥方向。

摩纳哥 · Monaco

欧洲第二小的主权国家，面积不到 2 平方公里，却塞进了皇宫、大教堂、海洋博物馆和蒙特卡洛赌场几处地标。运气好可以赶上中午的卫兵换岗仪式。

返回尼斯

傍晚返回尼斯入住连住第二晚。蔚蓝海岸段落告一段落，明天将飞往意大利，正式进入行程的南意篇章。

Èze

A medieval stone village built onto a clifftop. From the Jardin Exotique at its summit you look across the entire Côte d'Azur; on clear days the view extends to Monaco.

Monaco

Europe's second-smallest sovereign state fits a palace, cathedral, oceanographic museum and Monte-Carlo Casino into less than two square kilometres. If you time it right, the midday changing of the guard is a good moment to be there.

Return to Nice

In the early evening we return to Nice for a second night in the same hotel. The Côte d'Azur chapter closes here — tomorrow we fly to Italy and open the Southern Italy chapter.

尼斯飞往罗马

早餐后前往尼斯机场，搭乘内陆航班飞往罗马，飞行时间约 1.5 小时，每人含一件托运行李。

驱车前往索伦托

抵达罗马后不做市区停留，直接驱车南下，沿 A1 高速穿过坎帕尼亚大区的丘陵与葡萄园，车程约 3 小时。

索伦托 · Sorrento

坐落在一块突出于那不勒斯湾的石灰岩台地上，城区与海面之间有近 50 米的落差。傍晚从塔索广场往悬崖边走几步，能看到维苏威火山的轮廓在海雾中若隐若现。

Nice to Rome by air

After breakfast, transfer to Nice airport for the domestic flight to Rome — about 1.5 hours, one checked bag included per guest.

Drive to Sorrento

On arrival in Rome we do not stop in the city; we drive south on the A1 through the hills and vineyards of Campania — about 3 hours.

Sorrento

Sorrento sits on a limestone terrace projecting over the Bay of Naples, with a near-50-metre drop from town to sea. In the early evening a short walk from Piazza Tasso to the cliff edge reveals the outline of Vesuvius through the sea haze.

今天走阿马尔菲海岸线（SS163），几乎全程贴着悬崖，弯道又多又急。我们安排的是熟悉这条路况的当地司导，建议容易晕车的客人提前服药。

波西塔诺 · Positano

整条海岸线上垂直落差最大的小镇，房子一层层叠在陡坡上。逛的方式就是沿着主路慢慢往下走到海滩，再原路走上来。

阿马尔菲 · Amalfi

曾是中世纪四大海洋共和国之一。圣安德烈大教堂的正立面用了大量拜占庭风格的马赛克装饰。建议在海边小馆吃一顿柠檬相关的甜点或海鲜意面。

Today we drive the Amalfi Coast road (SS163), an almost entirely cliff-hugging route with tight, frequent bends. We use a local driver who knows this road well; if you tend to get motion sickness, please take medication in advance.

Positano

The village with the coastline's greatest vertical drop — houses stacked in layers down a steep slope. The way to explore is a slow walk down the main lane to the beach, then back up the same way.

Amalfi

Once one of the four medieval maritime republics. The Duomo di Sant'Andrea façade is heavy with Byzantine-style mosaics. A seaside lunch of a lemon-based dessert or seafood pasta is the local choice.

蓝洞 · Grotta Azzurra（视天气及海况安排）

蓝洞对天气和海况非常敏感——只要有明显风浪，蓝洞就会关闭。导游会在当天早上确认是否开放，如遇关闭，将以环岛游船或岛上其他景点替代，费用另行说明。

岛上漫步

如时间允许，可乘缆车或巴士上到安纳卡普里，从奥古斯都花园俯瞰法拉利奥内三块巨型海蚀岩柱，这个角度是卡普里岛最容易辨认的画面。傍晚乘渡轮返回索伦托。

Blue Grotto (weather- and sea-permitting)

The Blue Grotto is highly sensitive to weather and sea conditions — any noticeable swell will close it. Your guide will confirm on the morning; if closed, we substitute an island circuit boat or another site on Capri, with any cost difference explained separately.

The island on foot

If time allows, take the cable car or bus up to Anacapri, and from the Gardens of Augustus look across to the three great sea stacks of the Faraglioni — the single most recognisable image of Capri. In the early evening we ferry back to Sorrento.

庞贝古城 · Pompeii（首道门票）

行程含首道门票，可直接入内，不需排队。公元 79 年维苏威火山爆发，庞贝在几个小时内被火山灰完全掩埋，罗马城市的街道、民居、浴场、剧场和面包房的结构被意外完整保存。

驱车前往马泰拉

午餐自理后车程转往东南方向的巴西利卡塔大区，全程约 2.5–3 小时。

马泰拉 · Matera

欧洲最古老的持续有人居住的聚落之一。核心区"萨西"是依山开凿的洞穴民居群。傍晚建议到观景台方向走走，夕阳下整座石头城会染成暖黄色，这也是《007：无暇赴死》的取景地。

Pompeii (priority entry)

Priority entry is included — no queue. When Vesuvius erupted in AD 79, Pompeii was buried in volcanic ash within hours, preserving the streets, houses, baths, theatres and bakeries of a Roman city intact by accident.

Drive to Matera

Lunch on your own, then we head south-east into Basilicata — about 2.5–3 hours.

Matera

One of the oldest continuously inhabited settlements in Europe. The core Sassi district is a cave-dwelling neighbourhood carved into the rock. In the evening, walk toward the belvedere — at sunset the entire stone city turns a warm gold. It's also a filming location for No Time to Die.

上午在马泰拉可以再多留一点时间，白天光线下的萨西街区跟昨晚看到的样子完全不同。

阿尔贝罗贝洛蘑菇屋 · Alberobello

驱车前往普利亚大区，车程约 1.5 小时。这座小镇因一整片被称为"特鲁利"的圆锥形石顶民居而出名，纯靠石块干砌堆叠成锥形屋顶。蒙蒂区保存了上千座特鲁利。

驱车前往那不勒斯

午餐自理后返程前往那不勒斯，车程约 3 小时。抵达时间较晚，当晚以入住休息为主。

You have a little more time in Matera in the morning; the Sassi district in daylight looks entirely different to the same streets at dusk.

Alberobello Trulli

Drive into Puglia — about 1.5 hours. Alberobello is known for an entire quarter of conical stone-roofed houses called trulli, built dry-stone without mortar. The Rione Monti neighbourhood preserves over a thousand of them.

Drive to Naples

Lunch on your own, then we drive to Naples — about 3 hours. Arrival is late, so the evening is for check-in and rest.

那不勒斯

早餐后可在市区周边简单走走那不勒斯老城的街巷——那不勒斯是披萨的发源地。之后驱车前往罗马，车程约 2.5 小时。

罗马经典地标

行程集中在市中心的步行游览区域：斗兽场（外观）、古罗马广场周边、许愿池和万神殿。

梵蒂冈外观

傍晚前往梵蒂冈，游览圣彼得广场并外观圣彼得大教堂立面，感受贝尔尼尼设计的柱廊环抱广场的空间感。因时间关系，此段不安排进入教堂或博物馆参观。

晚间国际航班离境

结束游览后前往罗马机场，办理登机手续，搭乘国际航班返回澳洲。

Naples

After breakfast, a short walk through the streets of Naples' old town — Naples is the birthplace of pizza. Then we drive to Rome, about 2.5 hours.

Classic Rome

The afternoon focuses on the walkable historic centre: the Colosseum (exterior), the Roman Forum area, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

Vatican (exterior)

In the early evening we visit the Vatican — St. Peter's Square and the façade of St. Peter's Basilica, taking in Bernini's colonnade embracing the square. Due to time, this segment does not include entry to the basilica or museums.

Evening international departure

After the visit we transfer to Rome airport for check-in and the international flight back to Australia.

航班在夜间从罗马起飞，因飞行时长与时区差异，将于次日抵达澳洲。这一段基本都在飞行与转机中度过，抵达后办理入境手续、取行李，结束本次为期十六天的南法·南意深度之旅。感谢一路同行，期待下一次旅程再见。
